At Jack Henry and Associates, Rob is responsible for technology strategy, operations, processes, and leading a team of technology professionals. During his 30 years in the Information Technology arena, Rob has served in a variety of leadership positions responsible for the delivery of information technology services to support business needs across the corporate enterprise. His prior roles include Director of Enterprise Infrastructure and Operations for TechnipFMC, a multi-billion-dollar company serving the energy sector and Head of Information Technology and Security for PROS, a data analytics software company located in Houston, TX.

Rob is a member of the Society for Information Management (SIM) and holds several industry recognized certifications and accreditations.

Shivani is responsible for IT Infrastructure across all distribution centers, data centers, and facilities in McLane Company, a supply chain leader with over $50B in annual revenue. She also heads their efforts in Information Security, Enterprise architecture and IT operations & services. Shivani joined McLane from LPL Financial (LPLA) where she served as VP of Technology. Her prior roles also include tenure at Schwab as Managing Director, CIO of XO Group (now The Knot WorldWide), as well as leadership positions at PayPal and Dell.

An advocate of supporting the community, Shivani was the founding board member of the Austin chapter of Pratham, a non- profit benefiting educational programs for children of low-income families in Mumbai, and has also served on the boards for African Leadership Bridge, and University of Houston College of Business.

Chani is responsible for information management support across all clinical and administrative functions across 70 medical facilities. Throughout her career in the U.S. Army Medical Services Corps, Chani has worked in a variety of key leadership roles, including recently as Chief Information Officer, and previously as Human Resources Director, Managed Care and Payer Operations Director, among others. As an expert in Health Information Technology, Chani serves as the Health Services Systems Managers Consultant to the U.S. Army Surgeon General.

Chani is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), a Fellow in the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (FCHIME), and a Fellow in Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (FHIMSS). She received her Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from St. Mary’s University, and holds a Master of Education in Instructional Technology from Troy University along with a Master of Healthcare Administration from Baylor University.
