Good things take time—great things take a little longer. Social media’s scope is ever evolving, and so is Zoho Social. As it evolved, our customers’ needs changed, so we’ve been working behind the scenes to strengthen it to help you with your social media outreach. Today, we’re happy and proud to introduce TikTok, Instagram Reels and Stories, and YouTube Shorts on Zoho Social. It’s been a long wait, but we hope it’ll be everything you’ve wanted.
Let’s jump right in and take a look at these highlights in depth.
Introducing TikTok on Zoho Social to help you seamlessly plan, collaborate, and publish
You can now plan, post, and collaborate on videos for TikTok from Zoho Social. Effortlessly plan a post for later with our custom schedule feature or even post it right away from the publish window, whether you’re at home or on the go. Publishing trending videos on our desktop platform and via our mobile application can help you engage with your community and attract new followers. It’s also possible to add a catchy description for your video and even include emojis from our emoji tray. In addition, you can group and add trending and relevant hashtags to include them in your post in one go.
Note: Unfortunately TikTok won’t be available to access via Zoho Social in India due to the ongoing regulatory restrictions on the platform.
Zoho Social’s centralized content calendar helps you organize all of your videos into a single view and determine your planned TikTok content strategy and marketing while keeping track of your content plans across platforms. You get to view the weekly and monthly posts from each of your connected channels all at once.
You and your team can now easily move material around a structured pipeline thanks to the Workflow and Content Approvals features. You can accomplish this by creating your own approval system and streamlining your publication process for social media. With the help of the approvals dashboard, you can designate certain team members as approvers who will review and publish drafts, as well as contributors or publishers who will be able to generate and submit drafts for review. Teams can thus have more editorial control over the content that is distributed.
Expand your reach via Instagram Reels on Zoho Social
Today, the most interesting and engaging form of social media material to be found on your feed is short-form video. With our integration, you can plan and publish Instagram Reels, view and reply to incoming mentions and comments, and even see the number of likes, views, and plays your Reel has received. You can either choose to auto-publish your Instagram Reels, schedule them for a specific date, or even opt to publish on the best day/time using Smart Q.
Additionally, you can choose the thumbnail you want to use as a cover image for your Reel from the suggested options, or choose your own frame from the video and have the option to post it both on your grid as well as the Reels tab. Furthermore, you can easily plan and manage your end-to-end video strategy without any hassle.
Engage and interact on Instagram Stories with Zoho Social
Instagram Stories are a feed of pictures or videos that vanish from your profile after 24 hours. With our feature update, you can plan and create your Instagram Stories in advance. It also allows you to publish right away or schedule for later, preview to see how the story will appear on your profile, and add captions to each one.
Moreover, you can access a variety of unique and fun custom stickers with Zoho Social, as well as apply filters to customize the look of your story completely and build it from scratch. The Zoho Social mobile app allows users to manually post the Stories you’ve created using the web app. You’ll receive a Publishing Notification at the selected time and date based on the publishing option you chose. You can also view story stats for each story like the number of impressions, reach, replies, exits, taps forward and backward.
Additionally, you can identify top stories, analyze how your story has performed based on engagements received over a period of time, assess the completion rate of your story, and much more from the reports tab.
Keep it short and catchy with YouTube Shorts on Zoho Social
YouTube Shorts is a fantastic method for businesses to engage with their audience more and raise brand awareness. Additionally, since YouTube Shorts is a mobile-first feature, you can reach a wider audience by using content other than horizontal, long-form videos. With our feature update, you can now create a quick teaser for a longer video and upload it as a Short from our publishing window. You can also use interesting captions, modify the thumbnail, add relevant hashtags, and control visibility.
Most of our customers have been asking us for these feature updates and the addition of new channels like TikTok. We’re here to simplify your social media outreach, one addition at a time, and we couldn’t be happier to provide these things. We’d love for you to check out the new updates and get a feel for them.
