Introducing Template Support for Formatted Resumes


Innovation doesn’t end with a product roll out. At Zoho, we believe it to be a continual strive to keep our customers happy by pushing boundaries to improve ourselves.

Formatted/Branded resume was one of our success stories in the recent past. It enabled staffing agencies to brand resumes and remove candidate contact information before forwarding it to clients. Now, after evaluating the feedback from our customers, we have decided to add a new feature to Formatted/Branded resume – Formatted/Branded resume template.

While in the previous version, customers had the option to create a resume format on their own, it exercised certain limitations on the extent of changes they can make. With this new feature, they now have the flexibility to customize a template document the way they want.

Wondering how to go about it? It’s pretty simple. You can create the template document using the mail merge feature of any supported word processor such as MS Word, OpenOffice or Zoho Writer. Once you are done, upload the template in the Formatted/Branded resume settings page. Now, you can choose your favorite customized templates, and forward the resumes to your clients in no time.
