The year we've had: Office Integrator in 2019

We started the year 2019 with the promise of giving businesses and Web app builders the most powerful, feature-rich document editors to streamline their custom solution needs. As the year draws to a close, here's a quick look back at everything we added to Zoho Office Integrator this year:

New capabilities:

White Label is here!

Rebrand our document editors with your own logo to make it look like a true part of your Web application.

Custom domains:

Modify the default document URLs (.zoho.com) of API requests with your own custom domains, like .zylker.com.

Custom domain mapping in Office Integrator is implemented using the CNAME method. It is a simple, 3-step, Add-Verify-Certify process, and is completed in 5-7 business days.

Better, granular customizations for the editors

Control certain features in the document editors right from your Office Integrator dashboard. You can now choose to display or hide "Download", "Print" options, and avoid its misuse by users.

Additionally, you can also resize editors by hiding the entire top-band. It comes in handy when you are trying to embed, and custom-fit editor within your Web application.

Yearly subscriptions

For businesses looking at a more longer-term commitment with Zoho, we rolled out yearly Office Integrator subscriptions with an added incentive of 20% discount on annual billing.

Editors got their updates too!

New Version APIs:

We released a fresh set of fine-grained APIs across all 3 document editors—Writer, Sheet, Show---that are power-packed with customizable editor options.

Zoho Writer updates

1. PostMessage APIs:

Easily communicate with the Zoho Writer editor right within your Web application. The interaction is done by sending and receiving messages through a set of PostMessage APIs. You can post content, send/receive notifications, insert fillable-fields, and control certain features like the "Save" button by having them on your Web application's host page.

2. Merge APIs:

Automate your document creation process with Merge APIs. Create reusable templates, merge customer-specific data from other sources, map incoming data through "Field Map", and deliver finished documents like contracts, quotes, reports, letter to name a few via Webhook for custom handling.

Zoho Show updates

A new User Interface:

Zoho Show built the next-generation presentation tool with slick new features, and a contextual interface to help you bring fresh ideas to life and convey them across the table.

A big thank you for your support!

Business spanning wide-range of industries—banking, investment, education, contract, legal—are integrating our document editors through Office Integrator and offering them to their happy users.

Here's what one of them had to say:

"After some years working with different document editors we finally found the Office Integrator solution that provides a nice experience to users, without losing or changing documents format; that way our clients can concentrate in contract process with blockchain and not in documents editing, saving lots of time."

~ Rafael Franco, CEO, Comforce Contract Management

Here's wishing you an amazing New Year!
