Zoho Notebook offers seamless productivity with Apple's latest updates

Hello Notebook users,

We’re so excited to announce the latest captivating updates from Apple: iOS 17, iPadOS 17, macOS Sonoma, and watchOS 10. These updates are sure to impress our Apple users and enhance their experience with our app.

Zoho Notebook is one of the most productive note-taking apps in the market, and now, with these newest updates, you can level up your productivity to its highest level. We’ve been eagerly waiting for the release of these updates, and we’re thrilled to bring them to you.

We want to make sure you don't miss out on any of the compatible features between Notebook and Apple's updates. We promise we'll always make sure you’re satisfied, and these updates are just one way we're doing that. So, without further ado, let's dive into all the nook-and-cranny details of the Notebook Apple updates.

Get your tasks done from the widgets

The Interactive Widgets feature in Notebook is incredibly useful because it lets you complete tasks right from your home screen. With this feature, you can mark all of your expired reminders as completed right from the widget. Additionally, you can easily add new items to your to-do list and mark them as done, and you can view all of your photos in a Photo Card right from the widget. All you need to do is pin your notes!

Look up images and create notecards with them

No need to switch tabs to browse anymore—just look up the subject of any image on your Text/Photo Cards and learn about it in the same place. By simply lifting the subject of the image, you can easily create a new Photo Card with it, or even add it as your notebook cover. Also, you can extract any text from the image and create a Text Card separately.

Share and collaborate on notecards

Collaborate more effectively with Notebook on your devices. Apple's SharePlay allows users to collaborate on notecards in the Notebook app during FaceTime calls. With the previous update, you can share checklists and discuss to-dos and agendas of your business meetings; however, now you can also share documents and PDFs with your colleagues by sharing File Cards during your calls with your team.

Learn with tooltips and annotate in documents

The Notebook app now includes a helpful Tooltip feature that educates new users on how certain options work within the app. This will allow them to become familiar with the app without having to search for information. Additionally, the enhanced AutoFill feature has been developed to allow for easy annotation of PDFs and documents. Now you can securely fill out forms using the saved contact information in your documents in File Cards.

Platform-specific features

The latest iPhone updates let you view the progress of your recording and player in StandBy mode while enjoying a full-screen experience when your phone is placed on its side. Additionally, the Notebook app can be easily accessed through Spotlight Search's Top Hit section, making it convenient to use on the go with its app shortcuts.

Great news for iPad users! The Live Activity feature that was previously exclusive to iPhones can now be accessed on iPads as well. What's more, you can now access your notes directly from the Lock Screen widget on your iPad, allowing you to create or view notes from the lock screen of your iPad by just adding them as shortcuts in the widget. These updates provide enhanced accessibility and convenience for iPad users.

The Screen Capture feature in macOS Sonoma is one of the useful and time-saving updates for Mac users. You can easily take screenshots of both the Notebook app and the background of your screen. To make it possible, simply go to the "Capture" option in Notebook and take your shots. Exclusively, SharePlay on Mac allows you to share files and audio and video recordings while you're on a FaceTime call.

How can we conclude without using Apple's gadgets and updates to its fullest? Apple Watch users, we've got you covered here. You can view the pinned notes added from your device under Smart Stack in your Apple Watch in watchOS 10. Simply say, "Productivity around your wrist!"
