Latest Notebook Update: Notebook + Zapier Integration
We're happy to announce that Notebook is now integrated with Zapier. With this integration, Notebook is connected to more than 1,000 of your favorite apps to help simplify your day. Now you can save photos you post to Instagram, events from Google Calendar, starred messages from Slack, and much more—all to Notebook.

Integrating apps makes life easier. However, building integration can be a tricky, technical ordeal. That's where Zapier comes in. Connect your Notebook account to Zapier with a few simple clicks and you'll immediately be able to integrate Notebook with over 1,000 apps by zapping them together.
Notebook and Instagram
Get every photo you tag on Instagram backed up on Notebook as photo cards when you integrate Notebook and Instagram using Zapier. This way you've got all your favorite moments captured and organized for viewing them anytime.
Notebook and Google Calendar
Wouldn't it be nice if when you showed up to your next meeting or class you already had a note created, waiting for your thoughts? If you organize your day with Google Calendar, now you can. When you create an event in Google Calendar, Zapier automatically creates a note card in Notebook.
Notebook and Slack
Have you ever looked at your notes and wished you could remember exactly what a colleague had said? Have you then had to search through Slack to try and find that specific message? Good news: You don't have to do that anymore. Now you can automatically save chat messages as note cards in Notebook when you mark them as favorites in Slack.
Want More Zaps?
You can use Zapier to connect Notebook with all your favorite apps. We hope it makes life a bit easier. We'll create zaps for you to make connect Notebook with other apps as easy as possible. If there are zaps you think should be available out of the box, then let us know and we'll see what we can do.
This is nice, but I'd really love to see the capability of "favoriting" or "pinning" specific notebooks to always be on top, regardless of sorting. That or the ability to custom sort across all apps (where the custom sorting syncs, or something). That way if I have everything sorted A-Z, but I use my "to do" notebook the most, I can have it on top instead of near the bottom or middle of the pack where I have to hunt for it or type it into the search bar. Other than that, this is really the most incredible note-taking app I've found, and I've tried a lot. I love it!
Hey Liz, We understand your requirement. We already have custom sorting option for all platforms except Windows and Web. Go to Settings > Sort by, and select ‘Custom’. This option for Windows will be provided in our future update. Note: Custom sort order is device based and will not be synced.
Saving e-mails from Spark would be great!

Is there a reason why you went for Zapier instead of IFTTT?
Hey Reda, There is no any specific reason. We’ve just started integrating with other apps. We’ll keep integrating with more apps in future and soon will also be integrated with IFTTT.
