Zoho has once again been recognized as a Visionary in the 2023 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Sales Force Automation. This is the thirteenth consecutive time that we have been recognized in this Magic Quadrant report.
Artificial intelligence (AI) technology has undergone continuous development and evolution over the years. However, the recent launch of ChatGPT has prompted businesses to fully embrace the era of AI like never before. Likewise, it's essential for sales force automation (SFA) platforms to develop AI strategies that can make automation more effective, driving speed and efficiency in business processes.
Zoho CRM has similarly leveraged AI technology to enhance Zia, our AI sales assistant, which has been an integral part of CRM for more than 7 years. With the inclusion of generative AI integrations, we've further strengthened our AI lineup. We offer a comprehensive tool that's well-equipped to enhance the productivity of all your sales, marketing, and service teams. We also offer over 50 natively supported products to help businesses of any size and segment centralize their operations in a single stack.
We've implemented some significant improvements and new updates in Zoho CRM this past year. Here are some quick highlights:
- Zia can analyze customer behavior and suggest next best actions, as well as measure the likelihood of conversion. It can also transcribe your calls from audio to text while analyzing emotions, intent, and sentiments.
- Zoho CRM's churn prediction has also been enhanced to help you identify the customers who are likely to leave your business, enabling you to plan corrective actions to retain them.
- Portals—our in-built sales enablement platform for managing partner and customer relationships—has been enhanced to support customization for a more personalized experience.
- The new PathFinder feature analyzes customer journeys across multiple channels and captures their live interactions with your business, helping you determine profitable touchpoints and products.
Since its inception, Zoho CRM has been committed to being a user-friendly platform with competitive pricing in the market. Our approach to engineering software is simple yet effective, and our product reflects this philosophy. We've been in the industry long enough to witness the evolution of technologies and changing market trends. In response, we embrace the change and make efforts to be more receptive to the needs of the modern customer. And we're willing to go that extra mile only to substantiate our tagline, "The world's favorite CRM, made in India".
