As we start the new year with you, we want to give you a quick recap of what we did in 2019.
All about work culture
Connect makes conducting an all-hands meeting or a Q&A session simple and effective. As a team, we’ve always taken cues from the way our organization’s culture has evolved over the years, and transparency has been one of the cornerstones our culture is built on. With Connect’s Town Hall feature, you have the perfect tool to develop a dialogue between your leadership and other team members, creating a culture of transparency and openness.
We’ve also given the People Directory in Zoho Connect a facelift, making it easy to find and reach out to anybody in your organization.
Towards a well-integrated platform
One of our primary goals is bringing the people in your workplace together and connecting them with the resources they need. And, to build a cohesive culture in the company, a host of apps need to function together well. By integrating with Zoho applications like Meeting, Sprints, Mail, Notebook, and more, we hope to build a conducive ecosystem within our platform to enhance individual productivity and help create an open, collaborative culture.
Access applications without leaving Zoho Connect
Web Tabs allow you to load content from other applications within Zoho Connect. These apps can be added as additional tabs in your navigation menu, and the best part: you can add as many Web Tabs as you want.
Creating positive feedback loops
Getting to know the pulse of your workforce is vital to creating an ideal work environment for your employees, so we’ve added the ability to create custom surveys within Zoho Connect. You can add your own original questions or select from a range of survey templates.
Work takes precedence
We made quite a few enhancements to our task management module, to ensure that any work to be done remains at the forefront:
Add more task fields or edit the existing fields to suit your team’s work.
Keep selected sections under wraps, allowing only specific members in the task management board to access them.
More section actions
Under section actions, you can now add tags to tasks in a section, add a checklist to a task, and move tasks from one board to another
Get a consolidated view of everything happening within a board—from tasks created and assigned to comments added and more.
