We are happy to announce the integration of Zoho BugTracker with Zoho Analytics. This integration has opened the doors to endless reporting capabilities on your Zoho BugTracker data. Issues management, with the help of insightful analytics powered by Zoho Analytics, has now become more simple and efficient.
Setting up this add-on is plain sailing. Check the presentation below for a step-by-step demo.
The add-on comes with a set of more than 50 plus pre-packaged reports and dashboards. These hand-picked reports make it possible for a manager to track all progress effectively. For example, Bugs Creation Trend, Bugs Targeted vs Closed by month, UnAssigned Bugs for more than ‘n’ days, Distribution % of Bugs by Severity, Top 10 Modules by Bug Count, Top 10 Bugs by time spent so far, Bugs Ageing, Re-opened bug analysis etc.
Ad hoc reports
Other than the pre-packaged reports, the data can be sliced and diced the way you want, and you can create your own reports and dashboards too. With the easy drag and drop interface of Zoho Analytics, complex analyses get simple. The below slide show explains how ad hoc reports can be created over BugTracker data, using the simple drag and drop interface of Zoho Analytics.
Sharing and collaboration
Any report or dashboard (be it pre-packaged or ad hoc) is shareable with other project members. Sharing comes with fine grained access control (which data/reports can be seen by whom).
The pricing for the Zoho BugTracker Advanced Analytics Connector add-on starts at $15/month. This will enable you to import the data from Zoho BugTracker into Zoho Analytics, and avail the features in the Zoho Analytics free plan (2 users and 10,000 rows). This add-on is available free in all the paid plans of Zoho Analytics and comes with a 15-day free trial starting on the day of the set-up. Refer to the Zoho Analytics pricing page.
More details about the add-on is available in the help document.
