Take advantage of native Windows 10 features
The Zoho Books app is tailored to suit Windows 10. Here’s how Zoho Books makes the most of Windows 10 features:
Protect your financial data from prying eyes with the Windows Hello biometric security system. When you enable this system, your Zoho Books app will be accessible only with your configured biometrics.
Want to quickly check a particular vendor’s payables? You don’t have to open the Zoho Books app and search for them. Instead, pin customers and vendors to the Start menu and access their details with just a click. You can also pin recent invoices and projects that you’re working on.
The Zoho Books Windows 10 app comes packed with handy keyboard shortcuts that you can use to perform common actions quickly. Simply press the Alt key to view all the keyboard shortcuts available for the module you are in.
Short on time but want to check your unpaid invoices? Ask Cortana and get the results within seconds! You can explore the other available Cortana actions under Cortana Voice Commands in Settings.
Never miss any notifications from your Zoho Books organization. You don’t have to launch the app to check if your customer has accepted an estimate. You’ll be notified instantly of all client portal activities, and whenever your transactions get approved.
The dashboard reports in Zoho Books provide an overview of your business finances. Using Windows Ink, you can jot down important notes on a report, then save it as an image for future reference.
The features don’t end here! We will be adding more to provide you with a seamless accounting experience for your Windows device. Download the Zoho Books app, crafted especially for Windows 10, and let us know your thoughts about it in the comments below.
