How to get started with Zoho Assist for remote broadcasting
For remote access to broadcasting devices
Visit https://assist.zoho.in and log in with your Zoho Assist credentials.
On the home page, click Start Now to initiate a remote session.
Share the unique session ID with the technician or broadcast team via SMS or email, or direct them to join.zoho.in.
Instruct them to follow the on-screen steps to join the session.
Once permissions are granted, you can remotely access, manage, and broadcast from the device.
For unattended remote access
Log in to https://assist.zoho.in with your credentials.
Navigate to the Unattended Access tab in the top pane.
Add your broadcasting devices to the list by installing the unattended access setup.
Once set up, simply click Connect next to any device to access it remotely, anytime you need to manage a broadcast.
