Why am I not able to initiate refunds?
You may not be able to initiate refunds due to some of the following reasons:
Insufficient funds: If your account doesn’t have enough balance to cover the refund, the transaction will fail. Ensure you have sufficient funds available.
Card Issues: If the card used for the original payment by your customer has expired, been canceled, or reported as lost, the refund may fail.
Processing issues: Temporary disruptions or server issues with the bank can prevent refunds from being processed. These errors may be beyond your control and could take some time to resolve.
Network issues: Unstable internet connections can interrupt the refund process.
Check for any of these issues and retry the refund. If it still fails, you can process the refund using an offline payment method or reach us at support@zohopay.com.
