What addresses should I provide while setting up Zoho Payments?

Zoho Payments collects certain addresses to verify your business and meet compliance requirements.

When entering addresses:

  • Use Address Line 1 for the full street address.
  • Use Address Line 2 only for details like apartment, suite, or unit numbers.
  • PO boxes, Private Mailboxes (PMBs), and mailing addresses are not accepted.

You may need to provide the following addresses depending on your business type:

1. Registered Business Address:

Enter the official address where your business is registered. Ensure the address is in the U.S. and it must match your business registration documents.

2. Business Representative’s Address:

Enter the residential address of your business representative as shown in their official identification documents. If your business type is Individual, the representative’s residential address will be treated as the business’s address and it must be within the U.S.

3. Business Owner’s Address:

Enter your business owner’s residential address as shown in their official identification documents.
