Debit Authorization Mandate

I authorize Zoho to periodically debit existing or previously identified bank accounts for receiving settlement (Collectively "Debit Accounts"), for any amounts owed to Zoho under the Zoho Payments Terms. I confirm that I have sufficient authority to authorize debits from the Debit Accounts. I understand that this authorization will remain in effect for the period set out in the Zoho Payments Terms. Subject to the Zoho Payment Terms, I may amend or cancel this authorization by providing 30 days written notice.
