  • A user in Zoho Spend is someone who has access to modules such as expenses, corporate cards, travel, procurement, accounts payable automation, and payroll-linked disbursements through the Admin portal. From here, they can configure policies, manage users and roles, set approval workflows, control budgets, manage vendor profiles, and more.

  • Employee users have access to a self-service employee portal in Zoho Spend. The portal allows employees to submit expenses, upload receipts, track mileage, raise purchase requests, book travel (if enabled), view their own reimbursement and payment status, and view and access their payroll details.Their access is limited to the actions and modules assigned to them by the Admin.

  • Yes, you must purchase a minimum of 3 user licenses. Although, there is no minimum requirement for employee user licenses.
