More team members are now able to publish content to our social channels because they no longer need to access our business profiles through their personal accounts (Think Meta Business Suite). This has significantly enhanced our security and given us greater peace of mind regarding our social media presence. In the past, when a co-worker's personal profile was hacked, we had to scramble to secure our organizational accounts. Since adopting Zoho Social, we’ve eliminated those kinds of incidents and now spend far less time worrying about the security of our team members' personal accounts.
