Century 21 Real Estate LLC is an American real estate agent franchise company founded in 1971. The System consists of approximately 6,900 independently owned and operated franchised broker offices in 78 countries and territories worldwide with over 101,000 sales professionals.
How would you describe your role?
I am a Realtor at Century 21.
How important is social media marketing as part of your marketing strategy?
Social media is extremely important to the Real Estate market. Buyers and Sellers are using the internet more than ever before. They are using Social Media to begin the process. They use Social media to find their agents, read reviews, find out their political view; they want to know everything about their agent.
Why did you choose Zoho Social? Which are some of the other tools you considered?
I tried a few other social media marketing tools. Zoho Social is the best at allowing me to incite into what people were reading, getting the word out consistently, finding out who was connecting with me, everything.
What did you find the most useful about Zoho Social?
The scheduling and reporting. It has the best reporting for Social interactions. Being able to post to social media is awesome, but being able to interact afterward is priceless. The reporting allows me to see exactly what my social posts are doing, who's seeing them, everything.
What are the key challenges that Zoho Social helps you deal with?
I've been able to make a presence in the social arena by using Zoho Social to take average articles and make my posts stand out. Zoho Social allows me to write a consistent message and have it propagated regularly. It allows me to set a calendar of posts, even giving me the flexibility to repost important articles. I love the SmartQ feature, predicting when people will see my posts.
