Across Platforms uses Zoho Social to give a 360 view of their ideas to their customers.

Tell us a bit about your organisation.

Across Platforms (LifehacksDRTV) produces a television feed of all the popular TV commercials and infomercials, and we feed it over the Internet to over 50 television stations. In addition, we produce analytics (using ZOHO Creator and ZOHO Reports) of the 110 million television households in the United States in regards to their demographics and what they watch on TV. Across Platforms creates (using ZOHO Campaigns) a daily newsletters to about 40,000 people in the TV industry as a method of marketing our television feed.

How would you describe your role?

I am the owner of the company and the chief designer of our technologies.

How important is social media marketing as part of your marketing strategy?​

Social media is important since it allows us to share our knowledge on a daily basis to potential customers through our newsletters.

Why did you choose Zoho Social? Which are some of the other tools you considered?

We are big believers and advocates in anything ZOHO rolls out. We have a belief that if we can dream up an improvement, chances are ZOHO is already in the process of rolling it out. Zoho Social just fits into that holistic model we have of Zoho.

What did you find the most useful about Zoho Social?

The integration of all the other ZOHO software products makes it easy for us to manage our marketing.
