As the year comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to reflect on a year of progress for Zoho Show.
Every update this year was guided by a simple question: how can we make presentations easier to create, easier to collaborate on, and easier to deliver with confidence?
The features and enhancements we released throughout the year reflect that focus. We expanded beyond the browser with desktop apps, introduced AI as a creative partner, connected presentations to data and collaboration through add-ons, and delivered major upgrades across our mobile and TV apps. Together, these updates ensure that creating and presenting no longer depends on being at a desk.
Here’s a look at how that journey unfolded in 2025.
Zoho Show, beyond the browser
This year we took a significant step forward with the launch of native desktop apps for Windows and Mac. For many users, presentations involve long creation sessions, large decks, and high-stakes delivery moments. Desktop apps bring a sense of focus and reliability to these workflows. With smoother performance, offline access, and fewer distractions, users can create and present without depending entirely on a browser session.
The desktop experience wasn’t just about availability on new platforms. It was about giving presentations a more stable, intentional workspace, one that supports deep thinking during creation and confidence during delivery.

Presentations, now powered by intelligence
With Zia built directly into Zoho Show, AI became part of the creative flow rather than an afterthought. Users can now generate complete slide decks from a simple idea, create original visuals, rewrite or refine content, and adjust tone or length based on their needs.
More importantly, AI in Zoho Show is designed to reduce manual work, not replace creativity. It helps users move past the blank slide faster, structure ideas more clearly, and spend more time refining their story instead of starting from scratch.
Extending presentations with add-ons and integrations
Presentations are shaped by data, influenced by feedback, and refined through collaboration. And to support this we introduced powerful add-ons and integrations.
Zoho Survey add-on, which lets users bring survey results directly into slides as charts without switching tabs or downloading files.
Zoho CRM integration, enabling teams to merge dynamic CRM fields into templates and generate multiple personalized presentations at scale.
Vani add-on, which extends presentations into a shared visual canvas for brainstorming, planning, and collaboration before, during, or after a presentation
Delivering presentations with confidence
Great presentations deserve equally strong delivery tools. We made the presenting more flexible and more controlled this year.
With LiveCast, presenters can stream presentations in real time directly from their slide deck, engaging remote audiences without switching tools.
Broadcast sessions were enhanced with a refreshed interface, resizeable notes, co-host roles, and smoother control handovers.
The introduction of the Audience Window simplified multi-screen setups, allowing slides to be projected on one screen while being controlled from Presenter View on another, without relying on external meeting software.
Together, these updates make it easier to deliver presentations in-person, remote, and hybrid environments with greater ease and confidence.
Design and storytelling that bring ideas to life
As presentations increasingly focus on storytelling, clarity, and visual flow, Zoho Show introduced several enhancements to support more expressive design.
Notable updates include:
Redesigned editor UI: Enjoy cleaner navigation and a more focused workspace for distraction-free creation.
Font filtering by language: Easily find fonts that support specific languages and avoid display inconsistencies.
Morph transition: Create smooth, cinematic movement between slides without manual animation work.
Video placement order: Layer shapes and overlays over videos to build richer, more engaging visual stories.
Advanced search and filters: Quickly locate templates, slides, or decks using refined search options.
Library slide sync: Keep shared slides automatically updated across all presentations to maintain consistency.
These improvements help teams maintain consistency, reduce repetitive work, and create presentations that feel more polished and intentional.
Mobile apps: A complete experience, wherever you work
Our mobile apps have evolved significantly, making it easier and more enjoyable to create and present from anywhere.
On Show app for Android, the 3.0 revamp introduced a modern Material Design 3 interface, adaptive layouts for tablets, improved comments, simplified animations, enhanced broadcast sessions, and productivity features like Air Actions, App Lock, and Scribble Eraser.
On Show app for iOS, updates focused on flexibility and control. Users can now create presentations from the Library, edit master layouts, manage multiple accounts, apply presets, fine-tune charts and text styles, work offline, export presentations in multiple formats, and add audio from Apple Music. AI-powered creation ensures mobile users have access to the same intelligence available on desktop and web.
Together, these updates make Zoho Show on mobile a complete presentation experience, not a companion app.
Recognition that reinforced our direction
One of our top moments this year was the public recognition that Zoho's Office Suite received by the Government of India. Mr.Ashwini Vaishnaw, India’s Union Minister for Electronics and Information Technology shared on his X account expressing the Government's intent to switch to Zoho Office Suite as a part of the Government's Swadeshi movement.
That recognition was reflected with Zoho Show being used in cabinet-level meetings. Quoting him "Switch to Swadeshi! Cabinet briefing using Zoho Show." alongside a video of a cabinet presentation using Zoho Show.
For the Zoho Show team, this served as a quiet validation of the work behind the product. It reinforced our focus on building presentation software that is reliable, secure, and ready for moments where clarity and confidence matter most.
Looking ahead at 2026
In the year ahead, we will focus on making presentations smarter, more expressive, and easier to build together.
AI across every stage of presentation creation
AI will play a bigger role across the presentation workflow. From creating decks using external content and uploaded files to refining layouts and formatting through AI chat, the goal is to reduce manual effort. Image editing will become more intuitive with AI-powered resizing, object replacement, text extraction, background removal, and quality enhancement. Translation will also be more seamless, allowing users to translate selected content or entire presentations directly within the editor.
Storytelling beyond static slides
Presentations will evolve beyond static slides. Features like slideshow recording, support for 3D models, customizable slideshow add-ons, and exporting presentations as websites will open new ways to share and tell stories.
Faster design with smarter reuse
We are also improving how teams reuse content and maintain design consistency. Slide tags, easier insertion of slides from imported decks, new slide setups, diagrams, and an enhanced theme editor with fresh themes will help teams move faster without starting from scratch.
Collaboration that feels natural
Collaboration will feel more natural, with real-time co-creation using video chat and interactive presentation tools like polls, Q&A, and likes that keep audiences engaged.
A more connected presentation ecosystem
Finally, we will continue to integrate more deeply with the Zoho ecosystem and beyond. Integrations with Zoho Forms and Creator, expanded data linking, new data field types, new visual elements, and Linux app support will ensure presentations fit smoothly into everyday workflows.
Wrapping up:
In 2025, Zoho Show evolved alongside the way presentations are created, shared, and experienced.
From smarter creation to more expressive storytelling and deeper collaboration, every step forward was driven by a simple goal: to help people focus less on the mechanics of presenting and more on the ideas that matter.
As we look ahead to 2026, we remain committed to building a presentation experience that feels intuitive, connected, and ready for what’s next.
Thank you for being part of the Zoho Show journey, and happy New Year!
