Instead of looking at maximum features, it is about maximising value - 80% of the value of a business system is generated by 20% of its features.

Matt experience is based on engagements in The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, Slovakia, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, China, Hong Kong, Japan, India, Sri Lanka, New Zealand and Australia - with diverse clients spanning the industries of Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Chemical and Food Manufacturing, Professional Services, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, and Retail.

Native of The Netherlands, Matt has lived and worked in The Netherlands, Eastern Europe, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, New Zealand, and currently resides with his wife and two sons in Sydney Australia.
