Zoho People Product updates - October 2022

Like every other month, we at Zoho People have a great new set of features lined up for our customers and users. Our development team has introduced useful capabilities to the Attendance and Training Management modules. In addition to this, Zoho People now integrates with MS Teams to further ease HR processing for your employees. Here's everything you'll need to know about all the new features and enhancements in Zoho People since October 2022:

  • Integration with Microsoft Teams

Zoho People has integrated with Microsoft Teams to help employees and managers complete their everyday Zoho People HR operations from within MS Teams itself. Employees can mark their attendance, check their leave balances, submit attendance regularization requests, view information about their projects, remind their managers about approvals, search for their peers, and a lot more. Managers can also view and approve or reject the requests they receive from their employees. Learn more about this integration

  • Audit history for attendance

The attendance management system in Zoho People gives employees multiple ways to mark attendance with a click of a button. Our recent enhancement helps you track all activity associated with your employee's attendance from one place. Data associated with attendance, like check-in and check-out times, break hours, on-duty requests, permissions, and shift changes, is now centralized so that it's easy for admins and employees to track attendance.

  • Option to track training costs

The LMS in Zoho People provides training admins with essential information like employee test scores, enrollment history, and course completion percentage. With one of our recent enhancements, super admins and training admins can add and track the costs associated with each training within our LMS itself. Learn more about this enhancement in the LMS
