How to open PDFs using Zoho PDF Editor

Overview

Zoho PDF Editor is a free online PDF editing tool that allows you to collaboratively edit PDFs, insert text and images, add fillable and e-signature fields, and more. You can upload PDFs from your desktop and from Zoho WorkDrive.

Prerequisites

To open PDFs using Zoho PDF Editor, you need a Zoho account. You can create a Zoho account or use your existing Zoho account. 

Steps

How to open PDFs from desktop

  1. Open pdf.zoho.com
  2. Click Upload PDF.
  3. Upload the required PDF from your desktop.

How to open PDFs from Zoho WorkDrive

  1. Open Zoho WorkDrive.
  2. Select the PDF you wish to upload -> More Actions -> Open With -> Zoho PDF Editor (Web).

Note

  • You can upload PDFs up to 150 pages or 50 MB.
  • You cannot upload password-protected files.
