How to open PDFs using Zoho PDF Editor
Overview
Zoho PDF Editor is a free online PDF editing tool that allows you to collaboratively edit PDFs, insert text and images, add fillable and e-signature fields, and more. You can upload PDFs from your desktop and from Zoho WorkDrive.
Prerequisites
To open PDFs using Zoho PDF Editor, you need a Zoho account. You can create a Zoho account or use your existing Zoho account.
Steps
How to open PDFs from desktop
- Open pdf.zoho.com
- Click Upload PDF.
- Upload the required PDF from your desktop.
How to open PDFs from Zoho WorkDrive
- Open Zoho WorkDrive.
- Select the PDF you wish to upload -> More Actions -> Open With -> Zoho PDF Editor (Web).
Note
- You can upload PDFs up to 150 pages or 50 MB.
- You cannot upload password-protected files.
