How to add text to PDFs

Overview

Easily add or replace text in PDFs with the layered editing capability in Zoho PDF Editor. 

Steps

  1. Open your PDF in Zoho PDF Editor.
  2. Click Text Box in the top band.
  3. Insert the text box in the area of the PDF you wish to add or edit the text and type the desired text.

Note: You can remove text you've added to your PDF by clicking the text and choosing the Delete Text Box option.
