How to format text in PDFs

Overview

Zoho PDF Editor allows you to customize the font, text size and color, and more when you add new content to your PDFs. The primary editing and formatting options available in Zoho PDF Editor include:

• Cut, copy, and paste
• Customize the text's font, font size, and color
• Bold, italics, underline, and strikethrough
• Alignment: Left, right, center, and justified
• Bulleted and numbered lists

Steps

1. Open the desired PDF in Zoho PDF Editor.
2. Select the text you wish to apply formatting and apply the desired formatting option from the smart tool bar.
