How to add watermarks in PDFs

Overview

Add text or image watermarks to your PDFs to maintain your branding.

Steps

  1. Open your PDF in Zoho PDF Editor.
  2. Click Objects in the top band and choose Watermark from the list of options displayed.
  3. In the Insert Watermark dialog that opens, choose the type of watermark that you wish to add to your PDF: Text or Image.
    1. If you wish to insert the watermark as text, choose As Text and enter the watermark text. You can also choose the text's font, font size, and font color, and the watermark's orientation in your PDF.
    2. If you wish to insert the watermark as an image, choose As Image and upload the watermark image from your desktop. You can also insert the image from a URL or from cloud drives.
    3. You can also choose the Scale and Washout limits for your watermark image.
  4. Click Insert.
