How to export or download PDFs in various formats

Overview

Zoho PDF Editor provides multiple options to export the edited PDF:

Email PDF
Download PDFs as an image, PDF, or PDFform
Download PDFs as password-protected PDFs

Steps

How to email a PDF

Open your PDF in Zoho PDF Editor.
After you have performed the required edits, click the File menu and click the Share option.
Choose Email As Attachment from the list of options displayed.
In the Email As Attachment dialog that opens, enter the recipient’s email address in the To field. You can also add a subject and body of the email and schedule the email to be sent at a specified time.
1. Check Send a copy to me if you need a copy of the email.
Click Send.

How to download PDFs as images

Zoho PDF Editor allows you to export selected PDF pages or an entire PDF as an image in JPEG or PNG format.

Steps

Open your desired PDF in Zoho PDF Editor.
Click the File menu in the top-left corner.
Choose Download As from the drop-down.
In the Download As menu, choose Images and select whether to download the PDF as a JPEG or PNG file.
In the Download Pages as Images dialog that opens, choose the PDF pages to download as images in the Pages to Download menu.
The following download options are available in Zoho PDF Editor:
1. All pages
2. First page
3. Last page
4. Even pages
5. Odd pages
6. Portrait pages
7. Landscape pages
8. Custom
Click Download. The selected PDF pages will be downloaded as a ZIP file.

How to download the file as a PDF or a Fillable PDF Form

Open your desired PDF in Zoho PDF Editor.
Click File menu in the top-left corner.
Choose Download As from the drop-down.
In the Download As menu, choose PDF document if you wish to download as a PDF file. Choose Fillable PDF Form if you wish to download as a fillable form.

How to download PDFs as a password protected PDFs

Zoho PDF Editor allows you to password-protect the viewing, copying, and printing of your PDF documents to ensure your confidential information stays secure.

Steps

Open your desired PDF in Zoho PDF Editor.
Click File in the top-left corner.
Choose Download As from the drop-down.
In the Download As menu, choose Password Protected PDF.
In the dialog that opens, set a password to open the PDF document. Additionally, you can choose the actions you wish to restrict with a password: Printing Content, Copying Content, or both. Set an additional password to apply these restrictions
Click Download.
