When will the payouts be deposited to my account?

Payouts are deposited to your bank once your Zoho Payments account has been verified and is in the Active status. If it’s not, you’ll need to update the required details or documents. You can easily track your verification status on your dashboard.

• Once your account is verified, payouts are deposited on business days based on the payout schedule you’ve chosen in Zoho Payments. Payments are usually available in two or four business days from the date of the transaction, depending on the payment method:
  • Cards: T+2 business days
  • ACH Direct Debit: T+4 business days

• Payouts may be delayed if the payout falls on a weekend or bank holiday. In such cases, the payout will be processed on the next business day.

• If your payout has been initiated and is still delayed, use the Bank Reference ID from the Payouts module and share it with your bank to help track the status. In rare cases, payments flagged as risky are held by Zoho Payments to help minimize financial risk for your business. These payments are released after further investigation.
