Why have my payouts failed? How do I resolve this?

Payouts that were initiated from Zoho Payments could’ve failed due to temporary errors. If it does not automatically reschedule, check your Zoho Payments Dashboard and email to know what exactly went wrong with your payout and resolve them.

Payouts mostly fail due to incorrect bank account details. Please verify the bank details (Account Number and Routing Number) and the status of your bank account provided under Settings > Payout Preferences. If your payouts are still failing, please write to us at support@zohopay.com.
