How do I connect my Zoho Payments account with my Zoho Finance app?
If you already have a Zoho Payments account, you can link it to your Zoho Finance apps (Zoho Books, Inventory, Billing, Checkout, Invoice, or Commerce) to collect and manage payments directly inside those apps.
Note:
- To connect your Zoho Payments account with your Zoho Invoice or Zoho Commerce account, contact support.
- Zoho Payments is synced across your Zoho Finance apps, so enabling it in one app will enable it in all other Zoho Finance apps.
- A single Zoho Payments account can be used across multiple organizations in your Zoho Finance suite.
To connect from your finance app:
- Go to your Zoho Finance app.
- Navigate to Settings and select Customer Payments from Online Payments.
- Click Set Up Now next to Zoho Payments.
- Click Connect Now, choose your Zoho Payments account in the following pop-up, and proceed.
To connect from Zoho Payments:
- Go to your Dashboard in Zoho Payments.
- Under Connect with Finance Apps, click Connect Now.
- Click + Connect Now next to the Finance app you want to link.
You’ll be redirected to the Finance app to complete the setup. Once connected, you’ll be able to manage all your customer payments directly from your Zoho Finance app.
