Creating another calendar in addition to the already existing default calendar can be done as follows.

  1. Click on the arrow beside "My Calendars", and from the list of options that appears, select "Add Calendar".
  2. A "New calendar" dialog box will appear. Specify the name of the new calendar and a colour code. The brief description is optional.
  3. Click on "OK" to create the calendar.

New calendars can be created from the "Settings" page too.

  1. Click on the Settings link at the top of the page.
  2. Select the option "My Calendars" from the left pane.
  3. On the right, a "New Calendar" link will be displayed above the list of existing calendars. Click on it and a "New Calendar" dialog box will appear.
  4. Type the name and description of the calendar, and click on "OK" to create the new calendar.
