What do I do if the merchant does not respond to my payment-related queries?

When your merchant does not respond to your payment-related queries (such as an incorrect charge, fraudulent payment, or undelivered order), you can raise an inquiry or dispute with your bank’s assistance. If they’ve collected the payment via Zoho Payments, an inquiry or dispute will also be created for them in Zoho Payments.

The merchant can view and respond to the disputed transaction.
