Understand the lifecycle of a customer in customer portal

The lifecycle of the customer refers to the approval status of the customer in the customer portal. The customers are grouped into three different approval statuses: approved customers, pending customers, and unconfirmed customers.

  • Approved customers: The customers who have been approved by the admin to access the customer portal.
  • Pending customers: The customers whose request to join the customer portal is still pending approval.
  • Unconfirmed customers: The customers who are yet to accept the invitation to join the customer portal.
