Step 1: Exclude Cliq from battery optimization

1. Open phone Settings -> Apps. 
   
2. Find and tap on Cliq.
   
3. Under App settings, tap Notifications
   
4. Then ensure that Notifications are enabled (Allowed).
   

Step 2: Exclude Cliq from battery optimization

1. From the app drawer, open Settings -> Apps. 
   
2. Tap the menu button on the top-right and select Special access. 
   
3. Tap on Optimize battery usage.
   
4. Scroll down to locate Cliq and toggle the slider to OFF.
