We hope you're enjoying the most recent updates that have come your way after a busy fourth quarter. In order to wrap up this eventful year, we wanted to express our gratitude to all of our clients for their patronage and review some of the significant upgrades we've published this year. As in previous years, in 2022 we focused on helping you better engage with your audience.
Let's take a look at some of the most used features in Zoho Social. Here's what our customers loved the most:
February 2022: Pinterest
We introduced one of our most requested channel additions: Pinterest! Zoho Social now allows you to create, publish, and schedule new boards and posts on Pinterest. Utilize Social's robust analytics and statistics to gain insights from your top-performing pins and follow campaigns.
September 2022: TikTok
We had another exciting announcement. One of our most-asked-for channel additions, TikTok, finally arrived! You can now plan, schedule, approve, post, and collaborate on videos for TikTok on Zoho Social. Customize your content with stickers, filters, and tags, and publish it in one go.
Speaking of highly requested features, we also rolled out a number of updates to make Zoho Social even better. Here are some highlights:
Instagram Reels and Stories
We introduced an integration for Reels and Stories on Instagram—a much-awaited update. With our integration, you can plan and publish Instagram Reels, view and reply to incoming mentions and comments, and even see the number of likes, views, and plays your Reel has received. It also lets you plan and create your Instagram Stories in advance.
With this trending update, you can now create a quick teaser for a longer video and upload it as a YouTube Short from our publishing window. You can also include captions, modify the thumbnail, add relevant hashtags, and control visibility.
The new in-app editor for Zoho Social allows you to crop and rotate your images, as well as add text, stickers, and filters before sharing them on social media. This editor is accessible from both the publishing window and the media library.
Advanced post analytics
From the post stats tab, you can access comprehensive information on the reach, engagement, impression, and video analytics of your post on all social media platforms.
This update lets you use Zoho Social to upload up to 10 images for a single Instagram post. Plus, make hashtag groups and include them in your posts on all social media platforms.
We've introduced hashtag groups so you can manage all the hashtags used across your channels. This enhancement lets you group all the hashtags and include them in your post in one go.
Reports for Instagram Reels
View in-depth data and metrics on engagement actions, reach, and top Instagram Reels under the Reports page.
Over the course of 2022, the Zoho Social team launched more than one feature biweekly with the goal of continually improving the user experience. These smaller updates include:
Users can upload 10 images at a time via Power Editor and Instagram.
The Post Stats tab has a new layout for all supported channels.
LinkedIn page post stats now include video insights.
Both iOS and Android support IG Reels, manual publishing support for IG Stories, and TikTok.
Geo-tagging support is now available for Facebook and Instagram.
We constantly work on updating the platform and will continue to do so in 2023.
We are also thrilled to announce that we are now an official LinkedIn Marketing Partner. This means you can utilize LinkedIn lead forms on Zoho Social to create and nurture quality leads.
We greatly appreciate the love and accolades we received in the past year. That's what keeps us going ❤️
We're already working on enhancements and additions that will make Zoho Social even better in 2023. Here's a sneak peek of some of the upcoming enhancements we have in store for you:
Media library (Giphy, Pixaby, Pexels): The updated media library will provide access to an endless number of images from sources like Giphy, Pixaby, and Pexels. Users will be able to instantly pick and use images, much like on Canva.
Cross-brand posting: This new feature will enable users to choose channels from other brands at the same time when creating posts.
Social Inbox: Social Inbox will support users in managing all incoming comments, mentions, replies, reviews, and messages. Users will also be able to create assignment rules and workflows that simplify the review process and speed up response times.
Historical reports: This update will offer brand reports on data ranging up to one year from 120 days.
Custom short URL: With this update, custom domains can be set up for a brand and used to shorten URLs. This will also enable users to personalize URLs so they are easy to remember.
We are dedicated to evolving in order to support you in managing and growing your social media presence. We sincerely hope that 2022 was wonderful for you, and we look forward to growing with you in 2023 and beyond.
