With this integration, you can quickly e-sign documents or collect signatures from others and also automatically save the signed documents back to your Box account in one seamless sequence of actions. Let’s see how you can configure this integration and reap productivity benefits:
To install the extension, log in to your Box account and head over to the Box App Gallery. There, search for the extension and install it.
Once added, you will be able to access Zoho Sign under More Actions on the file options menu.
Now, return to your Box account and select the required document you would like to digitally sign or send out to collect signatures using Zoho Sign.
In the new window, select your choice: sign yourself or send for signatures.
Based on your choice, Zoho Sign will display the list of settings and configure them as required. You just need to hit the Continue button. You can sign the document yourself or collect signatures from others in a jiffy!
All documents signed by Zoho Sign will be automatically saved in the Zoho Sign folder in your Box account.
