With so many organizations, team members, and families struggling to overcome the current COVID-19 crisis in India, we know communication and collaboration hasn’t been easy. At Zoho Recruit, the desire to help our customers in every possible way has always been a priority. But in these recent weeks, which have been tough and often frightening, it has been the desire to deliver the features you’ve been asking for no matter what that has driven us.
Many of you have been looking forward to having the ability to log business hours in Zoho Recruit. Today, we are happy to announce that this feature is live. Additionally, you can now set your availability preferences with the Calendar Bookings feature.
Why did we build the Business Hours?
When organizations operate in different regions with different time zones, scheduling can become a challenge. It’s essential for our customers to be able to mark their business hours for better collaboration. Whether it’s scheduling meetings or interviews, having clearly defined hours of operation can make the entire process that much smoother.
How does it work?
Depending on your organization, you can either choose a 24/7 or 24/5 working model. In addition, if your company follows different schedules on specific days or works some weekends and not others, the business hours can be customized accordingly.

Yes! When you try to schedule an event, meeting, or interview for a time that is allocated for some other task, the system will alert you.
Share your availability preferences with candidates
The Calendar Bookings feature comes in handy if you’re looking to display your availability so others can easily make appointments with you. You can share your booking links via email directly to candidates or embed them on your website.
Candidates can now choose their available dates based on their own time zones, and they can also cancel or reschedule interviews themselves.
