6 Zoho Notebook Features to Help Superwomen Stay Organized

On this International Women's Day, we want to celebrate all of the women who inspire us, challenge us, and make us better. We say a hearty “thank you” to all of the women who work tirelessly while juggling their work, family, and personal commitments. We understand how difficult it is to keep track of everything you’ve committed to doing. So, on this Women's Day, we thought we’d share how six features of Zoho Notebook can help you stay organized and on top of your life.

Start by creating a notebook

Zoho Notebook allows you to create multiple notebooks to organize your notes, ideas, and tasks. You can give each notebook a name, such as “Work,” “Projects,” “Grocery Lists,” or “Children's Schedule.” By keeping all of your notes organized in separate notebooks, you can quickly find the information you need when you need it.

You might create a “Self-Care” notebook where you keep track of your daily meditation practice, health care routine, and workout schedule. Similarly, you could also create a “Work” notebook to keep track of your projects, work updates, and deadlines.

Organize your notes using Tags

With the tagging feature, you can add tags to your notes and categorize them. This way, you can quickly find all of the notes related to a specific topic. You can add these tags to your notecards regardless of which notebook they’re in, and search for a particular notecard with the tags you have attached to them. You can use different tags to categorize your notes.

You can use tags like “Banners,” “Rough Drafts,” and “Investigative Reports” to organize all of your journalistic work, or you can use tags like “Baking Ideas,” “Baking Equipment,” and “Cake Designs” to organize your baking business.

Group your notes together

Make a stack of cards by grouping notecards together. Simply pinch two notecards together to group them and reduce the clutter inside your notebook. Name the group and move or copy it from one notebook to another. Swipe against the group to find the one you need, or view them in a grid or list view. It's as simple as pinching (pinch in) all of your notecards together that you’ve created for the business you’re going to start and naming them “Startup,” or stacking all of your notecards relevant to the drawing workshop you’re going to host and naming it “Drawing Workshop.”

Set reminders for your notes

You can set reminders for your notes and to-do lists. This way, you can stay on top of important deadlines and appointments without failing to complete them at the specified time. You will receive the reminder as a pop-up notification or as an email. Create a notecard for your medical appointments, set a reminder, and relax. Or set a reminder for your calligraphy orders to ensure that your beautiful works of art are delivered on time.

Create a link between your notes

Notebook helps you create connections between notecards so that you can create a link between related ideas and information, helping you organize your notes in a more meaningful way. You could link your “Pending Work” notecard to your “Ongoing Work” notecard or your “Rough Design” notecard to your “Final Design” notecard. This way, you can easily find all of the notes related to a specific topic.

Search for your notes

Search for your notes effortlessly with whatever you remember about the notecard, like the tags you’ve added, an image you’ve attached, or even a word you remember from your notes. It’s as simple as searching for a PDF with any word or object from the document that you can recall.

It doesn’t stop there; Notebook has numerous other features that will help you organize and collaborate on your notes efficiently. Whether you’re a working woman, an entrepreneur, or a homemaker, Zoho Notebook can help you organize your daily chores and stay productive.

Once again, we wish all of the women out there a very happy Women's Day. Stay powerful and productive!
