With this integration, HR and payroll teams can automatically sync employee information—such as salary hikes, bonuses, overtime allowances, and other compensation details—from Zoho People right to Lano. The data is consolidated in a structured, standardized format, ensuring accurate and reliable payroll operations. As a result, HR teams can run payroll with confidence.

How the data sync works

Data sync between the apps happens automatically twice a day, at 6 AM and 6 PM, so no updates related to employee information or compensation are left behind. This way, payroll teams can ensure that everything stays up to date and consistent.

What data is transferred from Zoho People to Lano?

Zoho People sends the following key information to Lano:

  • Employee personal information

This consists of all the basic information required for employee identification and compliance, including name, gender, birthdate, citizenship, marital status, country, address, phone number, and email.

  • Employment details

In order to make sure that payroll rules are applied accurately, Zoho People shares employment details like position, contract types, working hours, leave entitlement, and start date with Lano.

  • Bank account details

Bank-related information, including IBAN, Swift/BIC, and more, is also synced directly from Zoho People to Lano to ensure that salaries are disbursed to employees on time.

  • Salary changes

Along with salary information and type of pay, any changes made to employee salaries, bonuses, allowances, or reimbursements are synced accurately too.
