In the first blog of our new theme series, we featured all the major upgrades and enhancements to Zoho Mail. In this blog, we are going to delve into the RTL (Right-to-left) UI orientation in Zoho Mailsuite.
The significance of this release
More and more customers in the MEA region have placed their trust in Zoho's products and services. Even amidst the pandemic, in 2020 and 2021, Zoho Mail witnessed a steady surge of 33% and 25% respectively in its MEA customer base. Consequently, the number of users grew by 39% in 2020 and 57.3% in 2021, and we saw an increase in users adopting Arabic, Urdu, Farsi, and Hebrew.
In our unremitting resolve to make Zoho Mail optimal for all users no matter their geography, we have worked hard to bring our RTL UI orientation to fruition.
How does RTL UI orientation work?
Many users have enjoyed the convenience of our existing support for languages such as Arabic, Hebrew, Farsi, and Urdu. With this upgrade, we have enhanced our support to wholly comply with the MEA format. Here, the UI changes its orientation from right to left along with the text, bringing full authenticity to our language preferences.
How do you change the UI orientation?
Great news: You don't have to enable any specific setting to change the UI orientation. Simply go to Settings, select Arabic/Farsi/Urdu/Hebrew from the display language, refresh the page, and voila! The UI switches its orientation from right to left along with the change in language.
So, if you're looking for an email provider with RTL UI orientation, you can confidently proceed with Zoho Mail.
