Zoho's Availability Last Night

Last night (Friday May 15th), at around 3:05 AM EDT our customers were unable to reach most of our Zoho Services. Within the minute, our 24x7 operations team was working on the issue.  We quickly tracked this down to a network problem (Zoho Servers, Services and Data Center were all operating normally). It took us a little over 20 minutes to solve the network problem and restore business-as-usual. You can always get more details and verify the availability of our services at status.zoho.com.

We would have liked to solved this much sooner. 20 minutes was too long - and you can be sure it felt like an eternity for all of us at Zoho.

We sincerely apologize to all of our customers who experienced any issues during this time. The team has identified the issue and is already working to make sure it doesn't happen to you again. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
