  1. Zoho Forms is a great tool that can replace survey institute survey software. We use it a lot. However, we expect two major improvements for 2020 :
    – the possibility to export the unique links of the pre-filled questionnaires via Zoho CRM. Without this functionality, it is impossible to provide a list of links to a service provider for telephone reminders and we will have to use another tool.
    – the possibility of having more detailed question formats and logical checks
Thanks a lot for the amazing experience especially on mobile !

    1. Hey Marjorie,

Thank you for being a part of the Zoho family! We are glad that you are loving our mobile app experience. 🙂

It is possible to export the unique links of the pre-filled forms. Kindly drop an email at support[at]zohoforms[dot]com explaining more on your use-case and we’d love to help you on it. Also, can you give more details on the type of question formats and logical checks that you are looking for?

  2. Zoho forms has been a great platform and my company has been able to buy into subscribing for zoho forms alongside with the CRM Module. However, we will want to be able to set dates for course bookings and allow our customers to choose the dates from the preset dates.
Thank you. Happy new year to the entire Zoho team.

    1. Hey Bamidele,

Thank you for your kind words! 🙂

As of now, we are making enhancements to the date field where one of them allows you to disable dates for specific days of the week. Moreover, we will be integrating with Google Calendar, Office 365 Calendar, and Zoho Calendar to disable dates on holidays. We are looking to roll out this in the first and second quarters of the year. For any latest updates, kindly stay tuned to our community forums and for any further discussion kindly drop an email at support[at]zohoforms[dot]com.

Happy new year to you too! 🙂

      Have a great year ahead!

  5. We use forms to capture New Feature requests.
However it would be great if people could vote on the directly on the forms

    1. Hi Keith,

We are happy to hear that you have been using Zoho Forms for your business! 🙂

Coming to your query, you can capture votes using the existing “Radio” field by listing down your different voting options as choices and assigning each choice value as “1”. At the end of the day, every chosen option will be counted as a vote and you can view the final number in the “Entries” section. Supporting a feature to display the voting results in any form of graphical charts isn’t in our priority list right now. Hope this helps.

Also, your use-case has piqued our interest. Drop an email at support[at]zohoforms[dot]com and let’s chat more about it! 🙂

  6. Hi

Are there plans to enable form rules to be run again when forms are edited, rather than only at the point of initial submission as it is now? As this, plus the detailed changes above, would make this a perfect form builder for our use.

  7. Love Zoho Forms, we use for so many different things. Here’s wishing for the ability to add sets of dates to a date picker, would complete our course booking 100%
