Live Activities

Whether it's counting down the moments to your flight or tracking your distance using GPS, Zoho Expense has now got you covered with real-time updates.

With the Live Activities feature, you will now get a notification to remind you about your upcoming flight a few hours before the trip. Additionally, this notification will give you live updates on the time left for your departure, right up to the final hour before your boarding time. Not just that, clicking the notification directly opens your flight ticket allowing quick and seamless access when traveling. If you do not want live updates, you can simply clear the notification by swiping left!

Similarly, if you're tracking your distance using GPS, you can now view the tracker running on your lock screen and the Dynamic Island. No more switching to Zoho Expense to view the tracked distance! When you reach your destination, simply click the Stop button to stop tracking, which you might otherwise forget.

Note: This update will be available for macOS Sonoma from the last week of September.

Introducing interactivity in widgets. Widgets have evolved beyond simple information displays; they can now let you slide through your pending tasks recommended by Zia.

In a similar vein, we have another widget that enables interaction. Besides staying up-to-date with the notification widget on your home screen, you can now mark them as "read" directly without opening the app.

What's more? You can also view the small widgets, Pending Approvals and Pending Trips in Standby mode.
