You can email the following view types.
  1. Table
  2. Query Table
  3. Chart
  4. Pivot View
  5. Summary View
  6. Tabular View
  7. Dashboard

2. What are the file formats in which I can email my views?

‌You can email the views in tabular format such as Table, Query Table, Pivot View, Summary View and Tabular View in the following file formats. 
  1. CSV - Email the underlying data of a view as a Comma Separated Value (CSV) file.
  2. Excel - Email either a view or the underlying data of a view as an Excel file. 
  3. PDF - Email a view as a printer friendly Portable Document Format (PDF) file. 
  4. HTML - Email a view as a HTML file. 
You can email the Chart in the following file formats. 
  1. CSV - Email the underlying data of a chart as a Comma Separated Value (CSV) file. Excel - Email either a chart or the underlying data of a chart as an Excel file.  
  2. PDF - Email a chart as a printer friendly Portable Document Format (PDF) file.  
  3. HTML - Email a chart as a HTML file (can be sent as a in-line content).  
  4. Image - Email a chart as a JPG or PNG image (can be sent as a in-line content)
You can email the Dashboard in the following formats. 
  1. HTML - Email a dashboard as a HTML file (can be sent as a in-line content).  
  2. Layout as in Dashboard - PDF - Email a dashboard as a printer friendly Portable Document Format (PDF) file in the layout your Dashboard is arranged.  
  3. Each Report in a New Page - PDF - Email a dashboard as a printer friendly Portable Document Format (PDF) file with each report in a page.

Any user with administrative privilege can configure the email schedules.

Yes, you can send email from a common email address. To do so, you need to configure this as your organization email address

1. How can I schedule Emailing?

You can schedule the emails from the Schedule Email section of the Email dialog.  Refer to the Emailing views document to know how to do this. 

2. In what interval can I email Views?

You can email views at one of the following intervals. Refer to the question above to know how to set up an email schedule.
  1. Daily
  2. Weekly
  3. Monthly
  4. Yearly

3. The number of Email Schedules I have in my account and the count consumed for my pricing does not match. Why?

Each Email schedule in your pricing plan allows emailing views to 25 users. However, to enable you to manage the email schedules easily, Zoho Analytics allow you to add 100 users in a single Email Schedule setup. 
 
The Email schedule count for pricing will be calculated based on the number of users added in these schedules. You can view the Schedule Consumed by each Email Schedule from the Edit Email Schedule page. 
 

4. Can I buy more Email Schedules?

Yes, you can buy more Email Schedules as an add-on. Refer to the Pricing section to know more on this. 

Managing Email Schedule

1. How do I manage Email Schedules?

You can manage all the Email Schedules from the Edit Email Schedule page. Follow the below steps to do this.
  1. Open any view.
  2. Click Share > Email > Edit Email Schedules.


     
  3. The Edit Email Schedule dialog will open. You can manage all the email schedules from here. 
  4. Hover the mouse over one of the Email Schedules . A contextual menu will open with options to do the following actions.
  1. Edit - Click this to edit the email schedule. 
  2. Pause/Run - Click this to pause/run the email schedule. 
  3. Send Now - Click this to send the email as specified in the email schedule instantly. 
  4. Delete - Click this to delete the email schedule. 

2. How can I edit my Email Schedules?

You can edit the Email Schedule from the Edit Email Schedule page. Follow the below steps to do this.
  1. Open any view.
  2. Click Share > Email > Edit Email Schedules .
  3. The Edit Email Schedule dialog will open. 
  4. Hover the mouse over the Email Schedule you want to edit. A contextual menu will open. 


     
  5. Click the Edit icon. The Email dialog will open. Modify the settings as needed. 


     
  6. Click Save Email Schedule . The settings will be modified. 

3. Can I send one of my Email Schedule instantly?

Yes, you can email views instantly with the settings in an Email Schedule. Follow the below steps to do this.
  1. Open the Edit Email Schedule dialog. 
  2. Hover the mouse over the Email Schedule you want to send now. A contextual menu will open. 
  3. Click the Send Now icon. Views will be emailed with the settings in the Email Schedules

4. Can I pause my Email Schedules?

Yes, you can pause the Email Schedules. Follow the below steps to do this.
  1. Open the Edit Email Schedule dialog. 
  2. Hover the mouse over the Email Schedule you want to pause. A contextual menu will open. 
  3. Click the Pause icon. The Email Schedule will be paused temporarily. All the paused Email Schedules will be listed in the Inactive tab. 
  4. You can run the Email Schedule again by clicking the Run icon in the contextual menu. 

5. What are active and inactive Email Schedules?

Active Email Schedules are the email that are actively running. Your pricing will be counted based on the Schedule Consumed count of the active Email Schedules.
The Inactive Email Schedules are the email that are paused temporarily. You can run these Email Schedules again by clicking the Run icon that appears on mouse hover. 
 

6. How to delete my Email Schedules?

Follow the below steps to delete the email schedule.
  1. Open the Edit Email Schedule dialog. 
  2. Hover the mouse over the Email Schedule you want to delete. A contextual menu will open. 
  3. Click the Delete icon. The Email Schedule will be deleted.
