Sridhar VembuCEO, Zoho
Sridhar Vembu co-founded Zoho Corp (originally known as AdventNet) in 1996, and is now the CEO.
The company originally started as a provider of network management software to equipment vendors, and Sridhar has been instrumental in broadening and deepening its software portfolio.
He grew up in Chennai, India, and attended IIT Chennai and graduate school at Princeton University.
Raju VegesnaChief Evangelist
Raju is the evangelist for Zoho. In his 12 years with the company, Raju held various positions and is strategically involved in the evolution of the Zoho Suite.
Prior to joining Zoho Corp, Raju co-founded an Internet services company serving the educational market. He holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science.
Rodrigo VacaVice President, Product Marketing
Rodrigo Vaca is Zoho’s Vice President of Marketing, where among other things he is responsible for branding, product marketing, demand generation and social media.
Rodrigo came to Zoho from Google, where he led several initiatives for the Enterprise division.
Prior to that, he was a Product Manager for Microsoft’s SharePoint and Visio. In a previous life, Rodrigo was a developer consultant for SAP. Rodrigo has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and an undergraduate degree in Computer Science.
Rodrigo is based out of Zoho’s Austin office, where he lives with his wife and two young children.
Raj Sabhlok is the president of ManageEngine and Zoho.com, both divisions of Zoho Corp. Raj has particular interest in IT management software and its power to change the fortunes of a business when implemented effectively.
Prior to Zoho, Raj spent nearly 20 years working with some of the world’s most innovative technology companies including Embarcadero Technologies, BMC Software and The Santa Cruz Operation (SCO). In his career, he has held technical, marketing, sales and executive management positions within the enterprise software industry.
Raj has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the UOC, Santa Cruz and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He lives in Silicon Valley with his wife and four boys – and his iPhone.
Ricky Thakrar is one of the regional Sales Managers at Zoho. He manages the sales team for North and South America.
While his main focus is on CRM, Ricky has experience with multiple Zoho applications including Support, Campaigns, Projects and Invoice. He has been with the company for three years and has provided product demos, trainings, customizations, migrations and technical support.
Ricky resides in Austin and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
Over the past five years, Tejas Gadhia has dedicated himself to becoming an expert in customer service and helping people find solutions to their business problems. His diverse background includes sales, support, marketing and design.
In early 2011, Tejas joined Zoho's Austin office as a Pre-Sales Engineer; primarily working with organizations looking to adopt Zoho CRM. By assisting organizations with customizations, implementations, trainings and providing best practice consultations, Tejas has helped a wide variety of companies find success in increasing their sales and streamlining their organization's operations.
Beyond CRM, Tejas is experienced with many other Zoho Applications as well as with a vast number of 3rd party business applications. Tejas holds a degree from the University of Texas at Austin in Economics and a minor in Petroleum Engineering. In his spare time, he has been behind the successful designs of graphics and developing websites for organizations for over 10 years.
Gopal Sripada is one of the founding members of the Zoho CRM product team.
During initial stage of development, he gathered functional requirements by closely working with sales & marketing team.
He also implemented Zoho CRM to several small & medium businesses in different verticals.
At present, he manages product positioning, public releases, demand generation through inbound marketing, customer experience and user community through LinkedIn groups.
Gopal holds Masters Degree in Engineering Design. He lives in Chennai, India with his wife and their two young children.
Sharanya Ramachandran manages Product Marketing for Zoho Campaigns where among other things she's responsible for planning and leading successful product launches, blogging and working with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing collateral.
In late 2009, Sharanya joined the Zoho CRM Marketing Team and was primarily working with the Pre-Sales and Customer Support teams to develop a drip-marketing strategy for lead nurture. Further on, she was responsible for various feature releases, blogs and CRM API marketing. She has also worked with various 3rd party businesses looking to integrate with Zoho CRM to work out solutions for business problems.
Based out of Zoho India, Sharanya currently focusses on communicating the best practices of Zoho Campaigns and Email Marketing to customers. Using her experience with Zoho CRM, she can also tell you how Email Marketing helps CRM users to engage customers and drive more sales. Sharanya grew up in Dar-Es-Salaam, Tanzania and later moved to India for graduation. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In her spare time, you might find her reading or practicing Bharatnatyam - the Indian classical dance form.
Jeanie is a Logical Operations Instructor with 15 years of classroom experience. She is certified by Microsoft, CompTIA, and Epic, and has taught classes on Microsoft Office, Network Operating Systems, Healthcare software CRM software and Trainer Development.
In her current role, she meets with trainers to share ideas and tackle the tough questions relating to the management of today’s computer training classroom using resources that help create the best possible learning environment for students.
I joined Zoho in 2009 as Zoho CRM Support Engineer with several years of experience in the Customer Service Industry. Now I lead the Zoho Presales Team, which handles product demos and consulting for multiple Zoho Products. I specialize in providing product demos and helping customers looking for Zoho Products for their business.

Warren Wong is an evangelist for Zoho.
He first began as a client with Zoho CRM in Macau, since then he has been preaching the gospel of the cloud on product webinars, tradeshows and Zoho events.
Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, Warren understands the needs and demands of small business owners and shares the virtues of the Zoho suite to empower entrepreneurs.
Warren resides in California with his two turntables and is a graduate of Santa Clara University in religious studies and finance.
Meera Sapra is Senior Marketing Manager at Zoho, where she has led social media marketing since the last 4 years. She also heads the social support team (@zohocares).
Meera is part of a small team that works from the Zoho office in New Delhi, India. A Psychology graduate, Meera worked in the area of customer service and training for 7 years, before joining Zoho in 2008. Meera is passionate about social media and has also been featured in Wow Factor Asia's list of '50 Indian women to follow on Twitter'. When she's not working, Meera likes to spend her time reading or creating comics and art.
Praval is Senior Product Marketing Manager at Zoho. He is responsible for product-market fit, value proposition and positioning of an upcoming product.
He is passionate about understanding how people and products behave with each other. Praval has been helping product teams at Zoho improve customer success ratio and reduce churn rate, using data and tools to analyze user-behavior.
In his previous avatar, Praval co-founded a digital media agency in India where he successfully helped large businesses with their digital strategy before moving to a product marketing role at Zoho.
Praval was felicitated with the "INBUSH Corporate Excellence Award for Encouraging Entrepreneurship" in 2010, by Amity University, India.
