  • Are there pre-requisites for the Zoho CRM workshop?

    You should:

    - Have a Zoho CRM Account. If you don't have one, sign up for one before you arrive.
    - Have administrator access to your Zoho CRM account. If you don't then ask your administrator to grant you access before attending the workshop
    - Be ready to learn and integrate your sales processes in your CRM

    You don't

    - Need to know how to setup your CRM. We're going to do that together.
    - Need any previous training.
    - Need to be a genius.

  • Do I have to attend both days of the workshop?

We highly recommend that you attend both days so you get the most out of the workshop. Each session will build on the previous session(s). Please keep in mind that day two is a continuation of the topics covered in day one and won't be as useful if you didn't attend day one.

  • What do I need to bring with me?

    Your laptop and power cord.

  • What is the dress code?

At Zoho, we're pretty relaxed and want our attendees to be relaxed too. You're welcome to wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Please just leave your pajamas at home.

  • Where should I stay?

If you're coming from out of town, we recommend staying on-site where the workshop is being held. There are plenty of other hotels available in the area as well.
