Can I have my own email content for different email notifications?

Yes, you can. If you want to change the email contents that are sent to your customers for success and failure notifications, follow the steps below.

  • In the Retry Settings section, click the button Credit Card located next to each notification.
  • In the following pop-up, edit your own content and click on Save.
