Microsoft Azure

Microsoft Azure is a set of cloud computing services that can help you build, manage, and deploy applications on a massive, global network using your preferred tools and frameworks through Microsoft-managed data centers. It provides software as a service (SaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), and infrastructure as a service (IaaS) and supports many different programming languages, tools, and frameworks, including both Microsoft-specific and third-party software and systems. When you integrate Microsoft Azure with Zoho SalesIQ's Zobot, you can host all the bot services that you have built inside Azure on your website.

Benefits of integrating Microsoft Azure

  • If you have fully built bot services inside Azure, you can launch them on your website using Zoho SalesIQ's Zobot. For example, if you have your own Github project added inside your Azure portal, you can launch it on your website using the Zobot.
  • Azure is easily configurable. Once your SalesIQ account is integrated with Azure, the bot services you have created in the platforms will be listed in the SalesIQ Zobot dashboard. You can map the bots to your website chats, can even set trigger messages and your bot is all set to assist your website visitors.
  • Initiate input/display cards for inputs and show output to the visitors. You can configure your bot to respond using buttons, auto-pick, sliders, images, and links. Using buttons allows users to interact with your bot in a way that standardizes a conversation.

Microsoft Azure channel compatibility:

Microsoft Azure bot platform in SalesIQ supports FacebookInstagramWhatsAppTelegram, website, and mobile applications. So, the bots integrated using Microsoft Azure can be deployed in all these channels. Below is the compatibility list of actions and cards supported in all channels.
