1. What's the difference between Zoho Flow and Zoho RPA?
Zoho Flow connects apps via APIs and works best when both systems support integrations. Since Zoho RPA works at the UI level, it can automate any application, even legacy software and government portals that have no APIs at all.
2. Can Zoho RPA work with applications outside the Zoho ecosystem?
Yes. That's one of its biggest strengths. Zoho RPA can interact with any desktop or web application including third-party portals, supplier websites, bank portals, and government filing systems.
