Managing your PDFs using Zoho PDF Editor's dashboard

Overview

The Zoho PDF Editor dashboard is a central workspace where you can upload, organize, and manage your PDFs. It provides quick access to your PDFs with flexible sorting options. You can also share, search, rename, and delete PDFs from within the dashboard.

Prerequisites

A Zoho account is needed to access Zoho PDF Editor
Accounts for any cloud services the user needs to import files from (Dropbox, OneDrive, or Box)

Steps

How to upload PDFs

You can bring your PDFs from your local device or integrated cloud platforms:

Navigate to pdf.zoho.com
Click Upload > Upload PDF to select a file from your computer.
To import from the cloud, click the icon for your desired cloud drive Zoho WorkDrive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or Box.

How to view PDFs

Use the left sidebar to locate your PDFs based on the following categories:

Recents: PDFs you opened or edited lately
My Documents: All PDFs you have uploaded
Shared with me: PDFs other have shared with you
Favorites: Starred PDFs for quick access
Trash: Deleted PDFs

How to switch between list and grid view

Click the Grid View or List View icons in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

How to sort PDFs

Click the Sort By dropdown in the top-right area.
Choose one of the following:
1. Name
2. Date modified
3. Date opened
4. Time created

How to share PDFs

Hover over the PDF you wish to share and click the three dot icon > Share.
In the Share dialog that opens, enter the email address, choose the desired access permission, and click Share.
