  • What's included in Zoho One?

    Zoho One includes more than 40 enterprise-level online applications to grow sales, market your business, do your accounting, communicate with teammates and customers, and much more. This plan includes web, mobile, and installed versions of our applications, as well as browser extensions and other useful extras.   • What's not included in Zoho One?

    Zoho One doesn't include everything we do. Here's a partial list of what's not included:

     

  • Where does Zoho One fit within the complete Zoho offering?

    There are three different ways to purchase Zoho applications. You can buy individual apps, bundles, or our all-in-one suite.

    Zoho One is the all-in-one suite of Zoho applications. You get one account, one support number, and access to pretty much every app we make.

    Since we don't want to force anyone to buy Zoho One, there are two other ways you can pay for our apps:

    À la carte — This is a great option if you need just one thing or want to mix and match a couple applications.

    Bundles — Bundles are packages of several related applications. You're welcome to purchase one, two, or even all three of our bundles (although opting for Zoho One might be a better deal).

    CRM Plus — A bundle to reach, acquire, and support your customers.

    Finance Plus — A bundle to do your accounting, expenses, inventory management, and more.

    Workplace — A bundle of productivity and collaboration applications for getting work done.

  • Which editions of the applications are included in Zoho One?

    Zoho One offers "Enterprise Level" features. We do not go by plan mapping in each service, but assure enterprise level feature availability.

  • Does Zoho One include extensions from Zoho Marketplace?

    No, it doesn't. However, Marketplace extensions can be used with Zoho One applications.

  • Are future versions and features of Zoho applications included in Zoho One?

    Yes. All updates to our current applications will be included in your Zoho One subscription.

  • Do you have plans to expand the suite?

    Yes. We plan to add more applications to the Zoho One suite. Our goal is to provide every application a business needs to grow and thrive.

  • When you release new applications, will they be available as part of Zoho One? If so, how do I start using them?

    We plan to expand the suite; however, we're not guaranteeing that every future application we release will be included in the Zoho One suite. If we do add new applications to the Zoho One suite, they will automatically appear in the Applications section of the Admin Panel for your administrator to deploy within the organization.

  • What applications are you planning to add next?

    We want to offer all the applications you may need to run your business. We know we're missing a few things—we run our own  K+ employee business on Zoho applications—and plan to fill in those blanks. We suggest purchasing Zoho One based on what we have now and not what we might have in the future.

  • How many apps do you plan to add to Zoho One every year?

    We can't say, really. However, in the last 10 years, we've launched more than 40 applications, so that's better than 3.5 apps a year. Will we continue at this pace? It's certainly possible. That said, we recommend purchasing Zoho One based on what we have now and not what we might have later.

  • Can I use third-party applications with Zoho One?

    Absolutely! While our goal is to offer a complete suite of applications with which to run a business, we know there are certain business processes our suite doesn't address. We're also aware that there are competing products that may better suit your needs. We'll continue to develop integrations with third-party applications to make life as easy as we can for you.

  • I use an app from a third party for a function you don't offer in Zoho One. Can I centrally manage it through Zoho One's Admin Panel?

    No, not at this point. Currently you can only manage Zoho applications through the Admin Panel.

  • Do you offer implementation services?

    No, we don't. However, we have a number of knowledgable partners around the world who do. Check out our partner directory.

  • Where will my data be stored?

    Depending on your location, your data will be stored in Zoho-owned servers in the United States, Europe, or Asia. We strongly believe that your data belongs to you, and we never, under any circumstances, sell your data. Please read our security policy, privacy policy, and our privacy FAQ for more information.

  • I'm already using Zoho applications. Can I move to Zoho One?

    Absolutely. Our team can help migrate you to Zoho One. Please contact support@zohoone.com for assistance.

  • If I move from CRM Plus to Zoho One, will my users, customizations, configurations, and integrations carry over?

    In most cases, yes, everything you've set up will carry over. For a smooth transition, please contact support@zohoone.com.

  • Can I integrate Zoho One into an existing directory system like Active Directory?

    We have the technology to do it. However, we'd like to better understand your requirement. Please contact support@zohoone.com and share additional details about your requirement.

  • If I need help importing data from other systems into Zoho One, can Zoho help me with that?

    Yes. We or one of our partners can help you migrate to Zoho One.

  • Can I export my data from Zoho One?

    Yes, you can export data into standard formats from every application included in Zoho One.

  • I use Zoho Apps in parallel with Google's G Suite. If I purchase Zoho One, will I have to move away from G Suite?

    Not necessarily. You're welcome to continue paying for G Suite while using Zoho One. Of course, that does mean that you'll be paying two companies for same set of apps.

  • You say Zoho One comes with over 40 apps. But I only have access to a sub-set of apps. What am I missing?

    Please check with your administrator—it's possible that they only enabled a sub-set of apps for you or your business.

  • I just enabled Zoho One. Do you have a recommendation for how I should deploy Zoho One apps?

    Deploying 40 apps at once can be overwhelming. We recommend deploying Zoho One in phases. Start by enabling the apps you need right away. Once you have those up and running, then begin deploying the next phase. It's important to make sure you and your colleagues feel comfortable at each phase of deployment.

  • Are all Zoho One applications available in my language?

    Most Zoho One applications are available in 10+ languages. If you find an app that doesn't support your language, please let us know. We want to support as many languages as possible.

  • When you have new versions, do you plan to update all Zoho One applications at the same time?

    No. Each application has its own update schedule. This allows us to push out updates faster. When updates do happen, we'll make sure existing functionality is unaffected and that integrations won't be broken.

  • With more than 40 applications, some of these apps must be lightweights. Are you really claiming to have a broad suite of apps that also have depth of functionality?

    Yep, that's exactly right. Our suite of applications is the broadest and deepest in the world. Each of our product teams is run as a separate company. Their mandate is to be the best in their category. Sure, some apps are more mature than others, but you're not going to find lightweight apps at Zoho. Breadth and depth together is achievable. We've been perfecting this model for the last two decades.

  • Do I have to integrate each of your applications manually?

    Zoho One offers more integrations than any suite in the industry. That isn't to say that we have every integration ready to go. A good number of applications are pre-integrated, with more on the way. For the most part, you shouldn't have to manually integrate apps. Not every company prefers to have integrations turned on by default, so there may be a few you have to enable. There are some cases of particular apps not being integrated, which we'll be addressing soon. If you have a specific integration you want to see sooner rather than later, please let us know at support@zohoone.com. We want to hear about your usage and prioritize our integrations accordingly.

  • You don't offer an application I need for my business. It is possible you're working on it already? Can I request an application from you?

    Most certainly. We'd love to hear about your requirements and usage. However, we can't guarantee we'll take up every suggestion. Please share the requirements you'd like us to meet at support@zohoone.com.

    As a side note, you can also build your own custom applications with Zoho Creator. Over 1.5 million custom apps have already been built with it.

  • I have a need for a custom application that's specific to my business. Can Zoho One help me in any way ?

    Zoho One includes Zoho Creator, an application development platform that lets you create custom applications to meet your custom business needs. Over the last 10 years, 1.5 million custom business applications have been created by various users on this platform, including web and mobile apps. If you're not comfortable building your own app, we have developer partners who can help you.

  • You say your applications can run an entire business. Do you run your business on Zoho apps?

    Absolutely! Zoho runs on Zoho. We eat our own dog food. In fact, we use every application internally for several months before we release it publicly. As a 5000+ employee company with offices in 7 different locations, doing business in more than 130 countries across multiple currencies, timezones and languages, we run the vast majority of our business on Zoho. We say majority because there are a few apps we don't offer. But rest assured, we're working on those.

  • Do you share roadmaps for your applications?

    Not usually, no. If there's functionality you need but don't see within an application, please send a feature request to our support team. You may learn we're already working on it.

  • Why is Zoho Workerly not a part of Zoho One?

    Zoho Workerly is an Agency based application. Hence, not a part of Zoho One. We also do not include Agency editions of Social, Recruit, etc., in our bundle. For further clarifications, contact support@zohoone.com.

  • I see different feature usage limits for different applications. Where can I learn more about them?

Zoho Analytics

  • Is there a limit to the number of rows I can have in Zoho Analytics?

    Yes, you're limited to 5 Million rows/org and 100k/employee. If you have a specific question related to this limit, please contact support@zohoone.com so we can understand how you're using Analytics.

Zoho Campaigns

  • Is there a limit to contacts in Zoho Campaigns?

    Yes. The maximum number of contacts you can have is 5,000 per employee. If you have a specific question related to this, please contact support@zohoone.com and help us understand how you'd like to use Zoho Campaigns.

Zoho Creator

  • Does Zoho One include Zoho Creator Express plans?

    No, it doesn't. Zoho One includes enterprise-level features of every Zoho application. If you have additional questions about Creator Express plans, please contact support@zohoone.com.

  • Are there any limits in Creator?

    Yes, there are some limits you should be aware of.

    • Records: 25,000 Records/employee incase of less than 10 employees Unlimited data in case of more than 10 employees
    • Storage: 5GB per employee
    • Emails: 500 per employee, per day
    • Schedules: 500 per employee, per month
    • External calls: 500 per employee, per day
    • Developer API: 1000 per employee, per day

Zoho CRM

  • Does Zoho One include Zoho CRM's Ultimate Edition?

    No. Zoho One's plan includes only the enterprise-level features of CRM. A comprehensive list of the included features can be found in our plan details page. However, Zoho CRM's Ultimate Edition can be availed as an add-on. For further assistance, contact support@zohoone.com

  • Is there a storage limit in Zoho CRM?

    Yes. The storage limit in Zoho CRM is 1 GB per organization, with an additional 1 GB per employee. If you need more space, please contact support@zohoone.com.

Zoho Flow

  • Are there any limits in Flow?

    Yes, there are two limits you should know about.

    Flows: 50 per organization

    Tasks: 3000 per organization/month plus 1000 tasks per employee/month

Zoho Forms

  • Are there any limits I should be aware of?

    Yes, there are two limits you should be aware of:

    • Submissions: 200,000 per month.
    • Storage:
      1. Trial: 200MB
      2. Paid: 20GB

Zoho Mail

  • Can an organization have two instances of Zoho Mail on a single domain, one in Zoho One and one as a standalone or bundled application?

    No. You can use Zoho Mail either in Zoho One or as a standalone or bundled application. It is not possible to do both on the same domain.

Zoho SalesIQ

  • Is there a limit to the number of website visitors I can track?

    Yes, The maximum number of visitors you can track each month is 5,000 per employee or 200,000 (whichever is lower). If you have a specific question related to this, please contact support@zohoone.com.

Zoho Social

  • Is there a limit to the number of brands I can have?

    Yes, you can manage one brand.

Zoho Payroll

  • Is Zoho Payroll included in Zoho One for only select regions?

    Yes, currently Zoho One offers Zoho Payroll only in India and the UAE.

Zoho Recruit

  • Is Recruit's Staffing Agency a part of Zoho One?

    No. Zoho Recruit's Staffing agency is not a part of Zoho One. However, you can purchase it as an add-on. For further assistance, contact support@zohoone.com.
